Dear Daughter,
Has anyone ever called you bossy? Too direct? Too much?
Let me tell you something: what they saw as bossy — God sees as boldness.
What the world labeled as attitude — heaven calls authority in the making.
This isn’t about control. It’s about conviction.
You’re not bossy. You’re a leader in training.
You’ve had that fire in you since you were little.
I saw it every time you stood your ground, asked the hard questions, or defended what was right — even if your voice shook.
Some called it sass. I called it strength.
I want you to know something:
Leadership isn’t about control. It’s about conviction and care.
When you lead with purpose, serve with heart, and stand firm in love — that’s godly leadership. That’s the kind of strength God celebrates.
Don’t let anyone make you feel like you have to shrink your voice to be accepted. Or silence your voice so their could be louder then yours. Your voice is a gift.
God gave you that assertiveness not to dominate — but to uplift.
Not to silence others — but to speak truth with grace.
You’re being shaped. Grown. Refined.
And one day, that fire you carry will light the way for someone else.
📖 Scriptural Anchor
“She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.”
— Proverbs 31:25 (NIV)
Lord,
Thank You for the strength You’ve placed inside my daughter.
Teach her that leadership isn’t about volume or control — it’s about Your voice leading through her.
Shape her boldness with humility, her fire with compassion, and her drive with wisdom.
Let her walk clothed in strength and dignity, fearless of the future, and grounded in Your truth.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
🪞 Reflection Prompt: Leadership in Real Life
Think back on one recent moment where you took the lead — in a conversation, a decision, a difficult situation.
📝 Write it down.
Then ask yourself:
What felt natural?
What did God show me in that moment?
How can I lead again this week, with grace and conviction?

Bro. Percy**
💬 Personal Insight from Me
I was told I was bossy more times than I can count — especially in rooms that didn’t know how to handle confidence in a woman. But my father, never saw me that way.
He saw a leader in development.
And that belief changed my life.
So I’m passing that belief to you today:
You don’t have to apologize for your strength.
Just aim it in the right direction — and lead with a higher power. I chose to be a "Servant Leader" like Jesus. Let's connect to rediscover the voice inside of you!
